Outside Port-en-Bessin, Château La Chenevière is an 18th-century Norman manor surrounded by extensive parkland, mature trees and productive gardens. Twenty-nine rooms combine restrained classical furnishings, patterned fabrics and views towards the lawns, with several accommodations set in adjacent estate buildings. Le Botaniste draws ingredients from the kitchen garden and apiary, complemented by the more informal Petit Jardin.
