FORESTIS stands at 1,800 metres on the Plose mountain above Brixen, with its historic sanatorium building joined by slender contemporary towers facing the Dolomites. Suites are deliberately spare, using pale timber, stone basins and full-height glazing to place the mountains at the centre of each room. The spa draws on forest and Alpine traditions, with indoor and outdoor pools, saunas and treatment spaces oriented towards the peaks. Forest Cuisine follows local seasons and foraged ingredients in a stepped dining room. Skiing begins directly outside in winter, while forest paths and high meadows replace the pistes in summer.
