On Montpellier’s Place de la Canourgue, Hotel Richer de Belleval occupies a restored 17th-century mansion whose grand staircase, painted ceilings and stone façade frame a notably art-focused hotel. Fifteen rooms and five suites balance historic volumes with contemporary furniture, saturated colour and works commissioned through the GGL Helenis Foundation. Jardin des Sens provides the principal gastronomic experience beneath restored frescoes, while the bistro and bar occupy more relaxed rooms within the same house. Courtyards, vaulted passages and the monumental staircase keep the building’s original composition visible throughout the property.
