I Borghi dell'Eremo is formed from restored farmhouses and monastic buildings across a large Umbrian estate near Piegaro. Stone walls, terracotta and contemporary furniture shape the small collection of rooms and suites, many opening towards gardens or broad countryside views. The pool sits below the main buildings, while Eterea Spa can be reserved privately and Essenza restaurant uses produce from the estate’s fields, orchards and apiaries. Walking and cycling routes extend through woodland and olive groves. From the upper terraces, the separate hamlets and formal gardens appear within a landscape stretching towards Lake Trasimeno and Tuscany.
