Mayfair Grill centres on open-fire cooking, while Sipsip brings a rooftop pool and rum bar above the neighbourhood. Open corridors overlook the planted courtyard, where fountains, sculptural columns and layered terraces retain the building’s distinctive indoor-outdoor character.
