On twenty acres of rice paddies and tropical gardens outside Siem Reap, Zannier Phum Baitang is arranged like a traditional Khmer village. Its 45 freestanding timber villas stand on stilts and are furnished with local antiques; terrace villas open to gardens, while pool villas add private plunge pools and thatched salas. The central infinity pool faces palms and paddy fields, and the Angkor-inspired spa offers Khmer therapies and ritual treatments. Bay Phsar and Hang Bay serve Cambodian and international dishes, with colonial-style cocktails at the Sunset Lounge. Weathered wood, red-tiled roofs and working rice fields define the resort’s architectural landscape.
