Casa Habita pairs two distinct pieces of Guadalajara architecture in the Lafayette district: a restored 1940s residence and a slender contemporary tower rising behind it. Dimore Studio shaped the 37 rooms and suites with muted tones, vintage references and carefully selected furnishings. The original house holds the lobby, restaurant and bar, preserving a more domestic scale at street level, while the tower contains guest rooms, wellness facilities and a rooftop pool with its own bar. Glass, terrazzo and pale finishes distinguish the newer spaces, which rise above the preserved residence and the leafy streets surrounding it.
