At kilometre 9.5 on Tulum Beach, NEST is a small beachfront retreat built around the low, thatched architecture that defined the area's earlier hotels. Its 13 rooms and private villa pair local stone, timber and natural textures with private entrances and an intentionally simple, residential scale. Shared spaces remain close to the sand, with relaxed lounges, a roof deck and direct access to the hotel's private stretch of beach. The restaurant serves modern Mexican cooking by the Caribbean, while nearby NU adds another dinner option. Palapa roofs, stone steps and sandy paths run between the buildings and dense coastal planting.
