Aethos Saragano occupies 15 suites spread through a medieval village, combining the original stonework and layout with contemporary design details. Many suites open onto terraces looking across the surrounding vineyards, with fireplaces fitted for the cooler autumn months. The village's former storehouses now hold CECI restaurant, built around a food philosophy centred on conscious, seasonal ingredients. The vineyard views, the fireplace-fitted suites and the converted storehouses remain the clearest links between the accommodation and the working agricultural landscape that surrounds the village.
