In the village of San Cassiano beneath the peaks of La Varella and Conturines, Aman Rosa Alpina brings a composed new architectural language to the Dolomites. Jean-Michel Gathy’s rooms and suites use timber, stone, tactile fabrics and glass-enclosed fireplaces, with balconies and broad windows facing either the forest or the village. Dining ranges from family-style Italian dishes on The Grill terrace to Japanese shabu-shabu at Enju and drinks in Il Salotto. The Aman Spa extends across seven treatment rooms and three pools, including an outdoor basin positioned toward the surrounding mountain slopes.
