Above the Ayung River gorge near Ubud, Amandari was conceived as a Balinese village, with stone gateways, mossed walls and thatched pavilions following an existing community path. Suites and villas open to private courtyards or valley views, using teak, coconut wood and raised beds beneath woven roofs; many include pools and outdoor dining balés. The curved infinity pool looks across forest and rice terraces towards distant peaks. An open-air restaurant and terrace bar sit beside the valley edge, while the spa, village temple and daily cultural encounters connect the property closely to neighbouring Kedewatan.
