Above Bonnieux, Capelongue is arranged like a small Provençal hamlet, with stone buildings, gardens and terraces looking across the Luberon. Rooms and suites use limewashed walls, woven textures, pale timber and warm clay tones, keeping the interiors closely tied to the landscape. Two outdoor pools sit among cypresses and lavender, while the spa draws on the atmosphere of Roman baths. La Bastide and La Bergerie take different approaches to local produce, joined by shaded courtyards, a bakery and paths that thread through the hillside grounds.
