Casa Pestagua is an 18th-century mansion on Calle Santo Domingo in Cartagena’s walled city, restored around arcaded courtyards, tropical gardens and a swimming pool. Its 16 rooms and suites retain high ceilings and generous colonial proportions, while the two-level Conde de Pestagua suite occupies the most distinctive category. AniMare draws on ingredients and flavours from Colombia’s Caribbean and Pacific coasts, with tables beneath Moorish arches and in the courtyard.
