CasaMolle occupies a 17-hectare estate at El Molle in Chile’s Elqui Valley, surrounded by mountains, cactus gardens and clear night skies. Its 24 rooms use pale timber, natural fabrics and private terraces, with configurations suitable for couples, families and small groups. The all-inclusive arrangement covers meals and many activities, and the restaurant combines produce from the organic garden with ingredients from regional suppliers. Facilities include outdoor and heated pools, hot tubs, spa treatments and a nine-hole par-three golf course. Guests can also kayak, ride horses or cycle during the day, followed by an astronomy session after dark.
