Within the medieval lanes of Eze, Château Eza occupies a cluster of stone buildings poised more than 400 metres above the Mediterranean. Ten individually designed rooms and suites combine carved timber, fireplaces, stained glass and traditional fabrics, often opening to balconies above the coast. The hotel’s restaurant and bar lounge use terraces and broad windows to place the sea at the centre of lunch, dinner and evening drinks. Steep cobbled paths connect the entrance with the village garden and viewpoints around the hilltop.
