Cheval Blanc Seychelles occupies a sweep of Anse Intendance on Mahé, where granite hills descend to a broad white-sand beach and the Indian Ocean. Jean-Michel Gathy designed 52 villas as contemporary interpretations of Creole architecture, using pitched roofs, natural textures and generous indoor-outdoor spaces; each has a private pool and either beach, garden or hillside outlooks. Restaurants move from Japanese cooking at Mizumi to Mediterranean dishes at Vivamento and fine dining at Le 1947, while the spa is set within tropical planting. Villas are dispersed between the shoreline and forested slope, preserving long open views across the bay.
