At the foot of Mallorca’s Serra de Tramuntana, Grand Hotel Son Net inhabits a 17th-century manor surrounded by olive groves, orchards and its own Malvasia vineyard. Lorenzo Castillo’s restoration preserves stone arches, painted ceilings, antique fireplaces and a chapel, with individually designed rooms and suites shaped by the scale and history of the house. Mar&Duix serves seasonal Mallorcan cooking across vaulted rooms and a garden terrace, while the Green Bar occupies a richly layered salon. Below the manor, a 1,000-square-metre spa includes a heated saltwater pool and thermal circuit beside the estate’s formal gardens.
