Hôtel de Pavie occupies several historic houses beside the bell tower in the centre of Saint-Émilion, with terraces looking across tiled roofs and surrounding vineyards. Rooms and suites are distributed between the Bell Tower, Village and Suite houses, combining carved stone, patterned textiles and contemporary furniture within differing architectural layouts. La Table de Pavie, led by Yannick Alléno, provides the principal dining experience, while the bar and glass-covered terrace offer a less formal counterpoint. Gardens rise behind the buildings in a sequence of planted levels, and the medieval lanes of the village begin immediately beyond the entrance.
