Within San Antonio’s former Pearl Brewery, Hotel Emma occupies the monumental 1894 brewhouse beside the River Walk. Its rooms and suites combine exposed brick, ironwork and original industrial fabric with leather, patterned textiles and carefully collected furnishings. Supper, Larder and Sternewirth form a strong culinary core, joined by a library, rooftop pool and Hiatus Spa. Brewing machinery, tiled floors and tall arched windows remain visible throughout the public rooms, while the brick exterior and copper-roofed towers anchor the hotel within the shops and restaurants of the Pearl district.
