A restored 1929 mansion gives Hotel Magnolia Santiago its distinctive street presence beside Cerro Santa Lucía and the Lastarria district. The original stone façade and marble staircase are paired with a contemporary insertion of glass, timber and perforated metal, creating shifting light through the central atrium. Forty rooms use four-poster beds, wood panelling and muted textiles, with layouts shaped by the historic structure. The restaurant occupies the lower floors, while a planted rooftop terrace opens towards the hill, city centre and Andes beyond Santiago’s dense roofscape.
