Nantipa sits between tropical planting and the Pacific at Santa Teresa, with bungalows and suites arranged to keep the beach and gardens close at hand. Interiors use polished concrete, timber and woven textures, opening onto terraces or private pools according to category. The main pool is partly screened by palms, while Manzu restaurant serves Costa Rican ingredients beside the sand. Surfing, yoga and excursions into the Nicoya Peninsula provide structure when required, but the property itself remains deliberately low-rise and informal. Dense greenery, broad beach frontage and the sound of the ocean shape the transition between rooms and public spaces.
