A restored 1930 building gives Hotel Otavalo a strong presence in the centre of its Andean market town. Art Hotels Ecuador has retained brick, stone, arches and exposed masonry while introducing warmer contemporary interiors across twenty-eight rooms, including six suites. Local artwork and crafted pieces continue through the shared spaces without turning the design into decorative folklore. The restaurant occupies part of the historic structure, while a rooftop terrace opens views across Otavalo and the surrounding highlands.
