On the shore of Lake Tremblant, Hôtel Quintessence sits just below Mont-Tremblant’s pedestrian village with the water forming the principal outlook from its suites and terraces. Accommodation is generous in scale, with fireplaces, balconies or terraces and large bathrooms that often include deep tubs. La Quintessence restaurant and its wine programme occupy the lake-facing public spaces, while the spa adds treatment rooms, sauna and steam facilities. Outside, a seasonal pool, hot tub and garden extend towards the shoreline. The hotel’s stone-and-timber architecture stays closely oriented to the lake, even with the lifts and village activity a short walk uphill.
