House of Jasmines lies beyond a eucalyptus-lined drive on a private estancia outside Salta, with more than one hundred hectares opening towards the eastern Andes. Rooms and suites are spread through low buildings and the main house, using warm woods, regional textiles and terraces that look across gardens or mountain scenery. La Table de House of Jasmines centres its cooking on the flavours and produce of north-west Argentina, while the bar highlights wines from Salta and Cafayate. Century-old gardens, an outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and relaxation lounges form the core of the estate, with horseback riding extending the experience into the surrounding landscape.
