On a private bay within the forested Son Tra Peninsula, InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort descends through four levels named Heaven, Sky, Earth and Sea. Bill Bensley's design combines a black and white palette with Vietnamese architectural references, carved details and bold decorative pieces. Rooms, suites and villas face the water, although pools and larger terraces belong only to selected categories. The Nam Tram funicular links the hillside with the beach. La Maison 1888 serves French cuisine, Citron focuses on Vietnamese dishes and Barefoot sits close to the sand, with Long Bar nearby. Pools, Mi Sol Spa, a fitness centre and children's facilities are distributed through the grounds above the sheltered shoreline.
