On South Island in Shanghai's Dishui Lake, InterContinental Shanghai Harbour City spreads through low rise buildings and a central tower arranged around landscaped grounds. The flower shaped plan gives many rooms broad lake or garden views, although outlooks differ by building and category. COMMUNE provides all day international dining, while Cai Feng Lou concentrates on contemporary Chinese dishes.
