On the University of Virginia's Darden School grounds, Kimpton The Forum Hotel occupies a five-storey, red-brick building north of central Charlottesville. Rooms and suites use contemporary furniture, subtle collegiate references and views towards the campus or landscaped grounds. Behind the hotel, a five-acre arboretum and botanical garden includes walking paths and outdoor seating. Birch and Bloom serves modern American cooking informed by regional farms, while The Good Sport combines a pub menu with local beer and televised sport. A modern fitness centre, complimentary bicycles and extensive meeting rooms support the wider facilities. The hotel does not have a swimming pool.
