La Peschiera is built directly above the Adriatic near Monopoli, with low white buildings, sea-filled channels and terraces arranged around the water. Rooms are bright and understated, opening towards private patios, pools or uninterrupted coastal views. The saltwater pool follows the edge of the property, while the restaurant serves seafood and Puglian dishes on a terrace only a few metres from the sea. Monopoli, Polignano a Mare and the white villages of the Valle d’Itria are accessible by car. Stone walkways, blue shutters and reflections across the internal pools define the hotel’s compact waterfront layout.
