Liostasi Hotel is set above the port of Ios, with whitewashed terraces, pools and low stone walls directed towards the Aegean. Suites follow a restrained island palette of white, black and natural timber, with broad outdoor areas and private pools or hot tubs in selected categories. The main pool, Sunset Lounge and open-air Grandma’s restaurant make the sea view part of the hotel’s social spaces, while the spa is tucked into a quieter lower level. Chora is close enough to reach on foot. Olive trees, dry hills and the harbour remain visible beyond the property’s clean geometric lines.
