Philippe Starck’s interiors unfold through sixteen floors of Seattle’s F5 Tower, with Lotte Hotel Seattle linked to the restored 1907 church now used as the Sanctuary ballroom. Guest rooms are defined by floor-to-ceiling glass, sculptural furniture and marble bathrooms, many looking across Elliott Bay or the downtown skyline. Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge occupies the sixteenth floor, where a soaring angular ceiling and expansive windows shape the room as much as the menu. Le Spa de l’hôtel adds treatment rooms and a sauna, while the historic church’s stone exterior remains beside the contemporary tower.
