On a pine-covered slope above Türkbükü Bay, Maçakızı descends towards the Aegean through white cottages, stone paths, bamboo and bougainvillea. Rooms and suites are deliberately pared back, using cool stone floors, pale timber, white linen and shaded terraces rather than decorative excess. At water level, decks and pontoons form the hotel’s social centre around the restaurant and beach, while Ayla presents Aret Sahakyan’s contemporary Aegean cooking. A small spa and marble hammam sit higher on the hillside, with boats moving across the sheltered bay below.
