In Milan’s Tortona design district, Magna Pars L’Hotel à Parfum occupies a former perfume factory arranged around a planted internal garden. Spacious suites use pale timber, glass, leather and neutral fabrics, with each associated with a different fragrance note and botanical identity. The restaurant and Liquidambar bar open towards the courtyard, while a library, rooftop spaces and compact wellness facilities add quieter layers to the property. Industrial volumes, exposed structure and contemporary Italian furniture retain the building’s previous character without turning the interiors into a literal factory narrative.
