Manoir Hovey spreads along the wooded shore of Lake Massawippi in Québec’s Eastern Townships, centred on a white manor house inspired by Mount Vernon. Rooms range from heritage-style bedrooms to newer lakeside accommodation, combining fireplaces, soft patterned fabrics and broad water views. Le Hatley draws on Québec produce and the surrounding landscape, joined by the more informal Tap Room and a historic library lined with dark timber. At the water’s edge, the spa adds a year-round heated pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room and lake-facing relaxation spaces, while the grounds open directly onto boating, woodland paths and private shoreline.
