A newly built retreat in central Aspen, MOLLIE Aspen interprets mountain hospitality through Japanese restraint and Scandinavian materiality rather than traditional lodge decoration. Guest rooms combine white oak, natural stone, handwoven textiles and carefully framed views, with fireplaces and balconies in selected categories. The ground floor brings together a lively lobby, restaurant and café, while the roof terrace adds a bar, heated pool and hot tub above the town. Its low, gabled exterior follows Aspen’s scale, placing the hotel a few blocks from the gondola and at the edge of the surrounding peaks.
