Clinging to the cliffs at Conca dei Marini, Monastero Santa Rosa occupies a 17th-century Dominican convent above the Gulf of Salerno. Twenty rooms and suites preserve vaulted ceilings, arched windows and the intimate proportions of former monastic cells, softened by antiques, local textiles and sea-facing terraces. Terraced gardens descend towards an infinity pool cut into the edge of the property, while the spa occupies stone-vaulted rooms within the old structure. Il Refettorio serves contemporary Campanian cooking beneath the original cloister, with paths winding through citrus and herb gardens below.
