On a quiet street in La Condesa, Octavia Casa translates the aesthetic of the Mexican fashion label OCTAVIA into a six-room guest house shaped by light, natural materials and restrained detailing. Architect Pablo Pérez Palacios and PPAA created a minimalist framework for two junior suites and four standard rooms, all with king beds and a palette of tactile finishes. Objects and textiles from Mexican studios including Onora, Encrudo and Ente bring local craft into the interiors alongside pieces from Octavia’s home collection. Clean surfaces, filtered daylight and greenery remain the defining elements throughout the house.
