Water threads through Olea All Suite Hotel in north-eastern Zakynthos, where a lake-like pool winds between low tropical-modernist buildings on a hillside above Planos. Pale timber, stone and woven textures define 89 suites, many with swim-up access, private pools or broad terraces. Four restaurants and bars occupy open pavilions around the water alongside sunset terraces and shaded lounges. Olive trees, grasses and timber walkways continue into the spa, which includes a hammam, treatment rooms and spaces for yoga within the adults-oriented grounds.
