One&Only One Za’abeel occupies the twin towers joined by The Link, a dramatic sky concourse suspended above central Dubai. Jean-Michel Gathy’s interiors temper the scale with layered stone, timber and soft metallic detail, while rooms and suites frame views towards Downtown, DIFC and the coast. A concentrated restaurant collection runs through The Link, alongside a high suspended infinity pool and the Clinique La Prairie Longevity Hub. The hotel’s public spaces rise through the towers before extending horizontally across the city in the cantilevered structure overhead.
