Each terrace centres on wellness and sustainability, giving the hotel a distinctive resort setting character within the heart of the city. Rooms and suites are arranged around these open air terraces rather than a conventional enclosed tower, keeping natural light and planting close to the accommodation throughout. The Cloud terrace sits open to the sky midway up the tower, breaking the building's facade with a landscaped void.
