A coral-coloured tower rises above the landscaped avenues of Coral Gables at The Biltmore Hotel Miami – Coral Gables, a 1926 Mediterranean Revival landmark by Schultze & Weaver. Frescoed ceilings, travertine floors, marble columns and carved wood preserve the scale of the original public rooms, while renovated bedrooms introduce softer blues, gold accents and contemporary comfort. The 150-acre estate includes a vast historic pool, a restored Donald Ross golf course, tennis courts and a seventh-floor spa. Fontana’s courtyard, framed by arcades and a central fountain, remains one of the hotel’s most distinctive dining settings.
