The BoTree London occupies the seam between Marylebone and Mayfair, with Marylebone Lane, Oxford Street and Soho all within easy reach. Its interiors are contemporary without becoming sparse, using natural materials, warm tones and botanical references across bedrooms, suites and public areas. Larger categories add separate living space and butler service. Outward-facing rooms make better use of the building’s corner position and city light. LAVO provides the principal restaurant, bringing an Italian-American menu to a polished ground-floor setting. The overall character is less formal than many nearby five-star hotels, but the design remains composed rather than overtly lifestyle-driven.
