On the north-eastern shore of Moskito Island, The Branson Beach Estate is arranged as three villas linked by elevated timber walkways above the tropical planting. Eleven bedrooms accommodate up to 22 guests, combining pale interiors, woven materials and broad terraces with views towards the sea. The Cove forms the estate’s main gathering area, with open-air dining, a bar and a pool beside the private beach. Additional pools, water access and shared island recreation extend beyond the villas, whose stepped roofs and shaded decks follow the contours of the hillside.
