The location places guests close to canal side strolls, boat trips to the beach at One at Palm Jumeirah and the wider Downtown district. Dubai Water Canal runs directly past the building, keeping boats and waterside paths within view of the lower floor rooms. The podium's shops and restaurants sit at street level, connecting the tower directly to the surrounding Business Bay promenade.
