Set within a 1,500-acre Arabica coffee estate near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, The Manor at Ngorongoro brings Cape Dutch architecture to Tanzania’s highlands. Nine cottages contain spacious suites with private entrances, fireplaces and verandas looking across gardens and coffee-covered slopes, while a family cottage provides additional space. The main Manor House holds the principal lounge and dining areas, with Afro-European interiors that mix timber, patterned textiles and traditional detailing. Days can include visits to the Ngorongoro Crater, estate walks and other highland excursions. The formal gardens and broad lawns keep the estate setting visible between safari outings.
