On a secluded headland on Phuket’s west coast, The Naka Phuket descends through forested slopes towards a private beach and the Andaman Sea. Cantilevered villas are formed from glass, steel and concrete, with private pools and broad terraces projecting into the landscape; the main infinity pool and beachfront restaurant occupy the lower edge of the site, joined by a bar, spa and fitness facilities among the trees. Elevated walkways and the villas’ exposed structural frames create a deliberately modern contrast with the steep tropical setting and open sea.
