Torralbenc occupies a restored Menorcan farmstead on a low hill near Alaior, surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and dry-stone walls. Whitewashed buildings, timber beams and tiled floors provide the framework for rooms and cottages furnished in natural linen, pale wood and understated contemporary pieces. A saltwater pool stretches beside the gardens, while the restaurant draws on produce from the estate and nearby island suppliers. Paths lead between former agricultural buildings and shaded terraces, with views opening across the southern Menorcan countryside towards the Mediterranean.
