Traditional Chinese rooflines and enclosed courtyards give YiuTeung Mansion a composed presence within Chengdu’s High-Tech Zone. The design draws inspiration from the writer Ba Jin, using calligraphy, timber screens and carefully framed gardens alongside contemporary rooms. Magnolia restaurant serves regional and wider Chinese cooking, while yoga and fitness facilities provide quieter structure to the day. The hotel stands near Tiexiang Temple Street and Jincheng Park, making it possible to move between historic references, landscaped public space and the modern city. Red lanterns, stone paths and planted courtyards remain the defining details once inside the mansion’s walls.
