Facing Parque Lincoln in Polanco, Casa Polanco brings together a restored 1940s Neocolonial mansion and a contemporary extension containing 19 individually designed rooms and suites. Interiors use walnut floors, custom furniture, handmade textiles and Mexican art, retaining historic details while keeping the palette calm and residential. The house’s shared spaces include a library, Veranda, terraces, gym and wellness area, with treatment rooms set apart from the busier streets beyond. Park-facing windows and terraces are central to the architecture, while the original mansion and newer wing remain visibly distinct parts of the same composition.
