On the Renon plateau above Bolzano, ADLER Ritten is surrounded by larch forest, open meadow and wide views towards the Dolomites. Spruce-clad suites and private larch chalets use timber, fireplaces and broad glazing to keep the mountain setting at the centre of the interiors; the chalets also include their own bio saunas. Dining follows a farm-to-table approach, with vegetables, herbs and honey drawn from the property’s garden and meals and drinks included within the stay. The 23-metre saltwater infinity pool faces the peaks, while the Forest Spa places saunas, a steam bath and relaxation areas among mature larches away from the main lodge.
