In Lisbon's Baixa district, Andaz Lisbon opened in March 2026 within a collection of historic buildings near Praça do Comércio. Its 170 rooms and suites use Portuguese cork, stone, mosaics and dark timber, with many looking across the tiled roofs and Tagus estuary. Luzzi occupies the rooftop, combining a restaurant, terrace and city views, while the Andaz Lounge takes its cues from Lisbon's street kiosks. A fitness centre is open, but the hotel's own spa is still listed as forthcoming. The riverfront, Rua Augusta and the steep streets leading into Chiado begin within a few minutes' walk.
